Human-AI Collaboration Challenge 2026

A two-day build event where students team up to create AI-powered solutions for K–12 education.

Free · Registration open

Build. Collaborate. Win up to $2500.

Open to middle school, high school, and college students. Form a team (or join one at the event), pick your track, and spend two days designing an AI-powered learning experience with mentors from CEAMLS. No AI experience required and hands-on workshops run throughout.

K–12 AI Education Showcase

Two days in the Schaefer and Mitchell Engineering Buildings: 120 participants including educators, students, families, and partners explored teacher-designed lessons. Attended VR, machine-learning demos, 3D-printing and Swift Playgrounds workshops.

Summer AI Camp

60 middle school students spent time in the Morgan State campus, building AI projects with robots. Watch this space for next summer's dates.

SITE 2026 Conference

Our team presented two peer-reviewed papers at the Society for Information Technology and Teacher Education conference: one on the DEAR Method as a multimodal AI-literacy framework for under-resourced schools, and one on preparing K–12 teachers for AI integration through Challenge-Based Learning.
